Points System & Appointments

To better serve our neighbours, the Campbell River Food Bank uses a points-based system with food distribution available by appointment only.

Each client will need to call our dedicated reservation line to choose a 15 minute appointment from times available that week.

Our dedicated reservation line is open from 8:00am to 1:00pm: 250 914 2423.

If you are sending a friend or family member to pick up food for you, you must call ahead to place your order and book an appointment for pickup. Ask your authorized shopper to bring you an order sheet to select your grocery choices, or we can email one to you. You will need to provide your shopper with your ID to show us during the appointment.
